Over the past 2 years or so, since I’ve opened myself up to the scrutiny, ridicule, and success of business and branding others-mixing art and logic, I must say I have taken my bruises. I’ve lost potential clients, gained more than I could imagine, and have grown twice that much. Being open to success is being open to failure. I often go back to early/prior work to see my growth. You see, looking back isn’t always bad. It gives you perspective. You are able to see how far you’ve come. With perspective comes appreciation. Appreciate the process, the growth, and the art.
