How long will my project take?
Logo Projects will usually produce drafts within a week. Other artwork is based on the depth and detail required. You will be given an estimate of time. This may vary.
How many versions of my logo will I receive?
All logos designs are different. In most cases, a black or grey-scale, a white, and a colored (where applicable) will be given furnished to the customer. More color versions and/or file types are available for an additional fee upon request.
Do you print t-shirts?
Illogic partners with Reed Enterprise based in Houston, TX to provide affordable, quality screenprinting and embroidery. Together, we collaborate to bring customers great service, quality, and unbeatable pricing. We operate as a one-stop shop for your printing needs.
What kind of apparel is available?
Together, Illogic and Reed Enterprise offer a wide variety of options for apparel. We supply many options of unisex or women’s cut t-shirts, sweatshirts, polo/golf shirts and warm-up suits. We also offer items from koozies to skull caps!
Will you fix my current artwork for a t-shirt design?
In short, yes. The usual design fees will be applicable. Illogic does reserve the right to not rework outside artwork. All artwork must be owned by the requestor.
I want to use my own t-shirt vendor. Can I still get a design from you?
Although I purposely suggest Reed Enterprise based on quality, price, customer service as well as the “headache-free option”, you may use your own shirt vendor. Of course, the design fee and file delivery fees may apply.
When is my deposit due?
Unless otherwise agreed upon, a 50% deposit is due before work will start. Email confirmation and deposit also act as acceptance of terms and conditions.
Is my deposit refundable?
The deposit paid upfront may only be refunded if no work has been done, no drafts sent and the customer wants to terminate the project going forward. This must be done within 48hrs of deposit being paid.
